Minkey Program
YMCC's Minkey program is a skills based program run on a Saturday morning from 9:30 to 10:15 and is aimed at Kindy and Pre-Primary children.
This program is run by a parent volunteer, who is assisted each week by players from the senior teams. Sessions focus on skills, small games, fun and safety. As such it easily accomodates children joining later or missing occasional weeks. As the season and skills progress, sessions tend to finish with informal games played among the participants.
Season 2024
Sessions will commence on Saturday 4th May and continue until Saturday 24th August, with a break over the Long Weekend (1st of June) and School Holidays (Sat 29th June, 6th and 13th of July).
Equipment and Uniforms
Children should have a stick, shin pads and a mouth guard. No specific uniform is required. There is no mid-week training, it is only a Saturday morning activity.
Registration
Children need to be registered with the club. Registration is open. Click on the Register button on the Home page and follow the prompts.
